Cooking seminar with Léa & Louis Linster

Embark on a journey through the rich tradition of French gastronomy! Join Léa and Louis Linster as they guide you in creating a gourmet menu, using only the finest ingredients. This exclusive day is dedicated to the art of cooking and gastronomic exchange, where you’ll discover culinary secrets, learn essential techniques, and experience hands-on guidance from the Linsters themselves.

The experience will culminate with the enjoyment of the exquisite menu you’ve prepared, complemented by a thoughtfully selected wine pairing chosen by our expert sommelier.

Key Information:

Start time: 9:30 a.m., with a welcoming breakfast of freshly brewed coffee, brioche, and Christine Ferber’s artisan jam. During breakfast, we’ll provide you with an overview of the day’s schedule.

Aperitif and Lunch: Enjoy an aperitif after the morning session, followed by the meal you’ve crafted, complete with wine pairings for each dish.

Gifts: As a token of appreciation, each guest will receive a Léa Linster apron and a signed copy of her cookbook.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes for your safety and ease during the seminar.
