APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Terms of Use are exclusively governed by the laws and regulations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. However, nothing contained in the Terms of Use will have the result of depriving the User of the protection afforded to him by mandatory provisions of the State where the User has his habitual residence, including consumer protection provisions, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) n°593 of 17 June 2008.

In case of a dispute relating to the application of the Terms of Use, the Courts of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg will have exclusive jurisdiction.
